Marché International des Professionnels de l’Immobilier (MIPIM) is one of the world’s leading real estate exhibitions and takes place annually in Cannes, France. Investors, project developers, financiers, governments, contractors, architects and engineering firms gather there to keep abreast of the trends in real estate.

Project Description

Under the umbrella of the Flanders Ghent Development Group, Belgian property managers, government agencies and leading companies have been representing their region there for more than 15 years already.

The purpose of this association is to bring the relevant authorities in close contact with experts from the private sector in the context of public-private partnerships (PPP). Its members therefore hire a joint stand area in Le Palais des Festivals, the venue for the MIPIM exhibition. Bontinck Architecture and Engineering and Hooox designed the stand together.
