MIPIM (Marché international des professionnels de l’immobilier) is one of the leading property trade shows in the world and is held annually in Cannes.

Project Description

Exhibits at MIPIM showcase the latest property trends. Target groups consist of investors, project developers, financiers, governments, contractors, architects and engineering firms. For more than ten years now, Belgian property management companies, government bodies and leading companies have been representing their region at this trade show. Together they have formed an association, the Flanders Ghent Development Group. It is the aim of this association to bring together government bodies and experts from the private sector as part of PPPs (public-private partnerships). With this objective in mind, association members rent a stand at the Le Palais des Festivals and make use of a yacht and mooring facilities next to the exhibition centre. Bontinck Architecture and Engineering conceived the stand. ST Sign engineered and constructed the stand. HOOOX provides communications regarding the stand and the yacht.
