Concept

Eagle Park consists of twenty-three apartments with an underground car park. These are located in two multi-family dwellings in the park area. Block A has four storeys and Block B three. There is a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The residential buildings have an organic form interwoven with the existing landscaping. Integrated terraces and protruding structures are integrated into their surroundings. Large windows with adjoining terraces break up the massiveness of the buildings.

Landscaped areas have been laid out as a private park-like garden with standard trees and sculptures. The existing canal is being upgraded to a swale and will have an important role within the landscaping plan.
