Concept

The Reylof project includes 57 apartment buildings with underground parking around a private area within the city. A 155-room hotel with a recreation centre, including a pool, leisure area and wellness centre is planned next to it.

The hotel features historic façades with a protected horse chestnut tree at the rear. The coach house, which is a listed monument, is given a new role as a pool house with relaxation area and wellness centre. It is laid out in open plan, which restores its historical value.

On the other side of the courtyard, the multi-storey residences are laid out as individual volumes of different heights. They are clad with natural stone. Access to the apartment blocks is from the street, thus animating both the facades and the street itself.

From their living spaces, all apartments look outward on the green, private interior space. Not only does this exude tranquillity and warmth, it also provides the necessary privacy and adequate social control.
